Transfer of Service

Please complete this form if you are a current customer of M.U.D. and would like to stop service at your current address and start service at a new address. In order to avoid delays please make sure that you accurately complete the required information below. If you have any problems submitting your form or if you have any questions regarding service, please email us at customer_service@mudnebr.com.

Most water meters and some gas meters are located inside homes and buildings. It may be necessary for us to gain access to the meter to complete your service order request.

  • An activation fee to transfer service will appear on your first month's bill.
  • This service is only for residential customers


Customer Information:


We need a minimum of 24 hours notice to transfer a service Monday-Friday and we are closed on weekends and holidays.
